We are also not able to offer a refund on the keys, as stated in our listings, because we cut thousands of different keys and custom cut each one. It is not likely that someone else will order the same key number anytime soon. If you find yourself in need of a replacement key for something other than office furniture, we are not able to cut those keys for you.
